Srinagar: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday questioned former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in a case registered at probing agency headquarter in New Delhi, reports said.

The National Conference vice president arrived at the probe agency’s headquarters this morning where his statement was being recorded, reports said quoting officials.

The case was registered by the ED earlier this year, they said. He was earlier summoned and was asked to visit its office today for questioning in New Delhi, reports said.

Meanwhile, the National Conference has termed the ED move “vicious vilification”.
