Kulgam: A military operation against militants has started in Khurbatpora area of Kulgam district in south Kashmir, police said on Monday.
The Jammu and Kashmir Police in a tweet informed that the operation against militants has started in Kulgam this evening, saying that the armed forces are on the job.
The operation, as per official sources, was launched after armed forces received specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
