Pulwama: A cop of the Railway protection force was killed while another was critically injured in a militant attack in Kakapora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.
A top police officer said that railway cops were attacked in Kakapora Pulwama resulting in the death of one cop and another sustained grievous injury.
Both the injured personnel were later shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, where one of them succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the whole area has been cordoned off and searches are going on, the police officer added.
