Srinagar: Militants fired upon two non-locals in Nowgam area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Friday evening, police said.
A top police officer said that two non-local labourers were fired upon by militants this evening in Nowgam area, the Srinagar city outskirts.
Both have been shifted to SMHS hospital for treatment.
