Srinagar: A militant has been killed in an ongoing military operation in Nowpora Mir Bazaar area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday.
Police officials said that one militant has been killed in an ongoing operation, however, the identity of the slain militant is yet to be ascertained.
Earlier, officials said that a joint team of police and army launched a cordon and search operation following input about the presence of militants in the area.
