Apples are a sweet and crispy fruit overloaded with nutritional goodness. They taste delicious on their own, and in salads, desserts, and savory dishes, too.

Being the Doctor’s favorite, this fruit may sound a bit boring to many, but fear not! Here are 10 different ways you can add these little bursts of nutrition into your daily diet.

1. Fruit salads:

What is a fruit salad without apples? Apple adds a sweet tart note to the other flavours and its crispy texture gives a delectable crunch to salads.

Apple pairs very well with almost every kind of fruit, be it mango, banana or even berries. Whether you prefer your salad dressing with fresh cream or mayonnaise, you can be sure the apple will hold up well and taste great. It is truly nature’s treat!

2. Apple juice:

What’s better than a glass of fresh apple juice to beat the summer heat? Apple juice is one of the tastiest and most favorite drink among kids too. Loaded with benefits of calcium, potassium, magnisium and vitamins, the fruit and its juice give out sufficient health punch.

Being the richest source of phenolic compounds, apple juice, when consumed on a daily helps fight against common infections.
