Poonch: Arms and ammunition were recovered from a militant hideout in Sangla village of Surankote in Poonch district, officials said on Monday.
An official said that based on specific information police and the army launched an operation in Sangla village during which an old hideout was found.
He said that IED batteries, bullets, pistol, pistol magazines, AK magazines, bullets, hand grenades and UBGL grenades were recovered from the hideout.
The official added that the operation in the area was still going on. (KNO)
