Srinagar: Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested a person for an unnatural sexual offence with a minor boy in central Kashmir’s Srinagar.
Srinagar Police in a tweet said that a person namely Wahid Sofi, a resident of Gulshan Bagh Srinagar were arrested for an unnatural sexual offence with a minor boy.
“One accused namely Wahid Sofi of Gulshan Bagh, Srinagar arrested for unnatural sexual offence with one minor boy ( name withheld). Case under relevant sections registered in Safakadal PS,” Srinagar police tweeted.
Police added that a case under relevant sections has been registered in this regard at Safakadal police station.
