Srinagar: Police on Thursday morning said that gunshots were heard in Qamarwari area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.
A team of armed forces personnel is in the locality to ascertain facts, police said, adding, no damage or injury was reported.
Meanwhile, a cordon and search operation has been launched by the armed forces in the area.
