Budgam: A Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Department (PDD) employee died of electric shock while repairing transmission line in Nasrullahpura area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday afternoon .
A official told the news agency Kashmir News Observer that the 45-year-old PDD employee identified as Ghulam Qadir Khan, a resident of Pathanpora Paimus Budgam died due to electric shock.
He said that his body was shifted to the Budgam hospital for medico-legal formalities.
