New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday called for day-to-day hearing of petitions challenging the decision of the government of India, to abrogate Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, from August 2.
It said the court will proceed to hear the case on a day to day basis except on Mondays and Fridays.
“Hearing to commence on August 2 at 10.30 am and then proceed on day to day basis,” the court said.
