Foundation World School students interact with sports dignitaries

Budgam: A sports event was held at Foundation World School in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

The objective of the event was to instill healthy sports habits among the students, promoting a lifestyle that prioritizes physical well-being.

During the event, students engaged in interactions with distinguished sports personalities hailing from Jammu and Kashmir as well as other parts of India.

The invited dignitaries included prominent footballers such as Majid Dar, Sajid Yousuf International Football Coach, Ashfaq Ahmad, International Footballer and coach, Rajan Mani Coach Indian National Football team, Firdaus Ahmad, Mentor Khelo India Kabaddi, Anandu Sasi, a renowned physiotherapist associated with Chenniyan FC and Qudsiya Altaf, Mentor Khelo India Football.

They shared their experiences with the students, providing them with valuable insights into the world of sports.

They also shared knowledge related to sports and how engaging in sporting activities contributes to becoming a better individual, both physically and mentally.

The event was an opportunity for students to gain inspiration from real-life examples.

Learning directly from these sports luminaries allowed the students to understand the dedication, discipline, and hard work that underlie success in the sports arena.
