Military Op against militants starts in Reasi, says police

Reasi: A military operation against militants has started in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday evening.

According to police, the operation started after armed forces received input about the presence of militants.

A senior police official said that the operation in district’s Gali Sohab in Tuli, Chassana is underway.

“Encounter started at Reasi on the basis of Police input regarding presence of 02 terrorists . Encounter going on in Gali Sohab in Tuli area of Chassana. Police and Army on the job,” Jammu police said.
