New Delhi: The Supreme Court has lined up the judgement in petition challenging the abrogation of Article 370 on December 11, 2023.
The much-anticipated judgement, as per Apex Court Cause List, is set to be delivered by a five-judge bench comprising of Hon’ble Chief Justice Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul besides Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice BR Gavai and Justice Surya Kant.
The Case, as per the Cause, according to GNS, is at serial number 1501 in case number WP(C) number 1099/2019 (PIL-W).
