Two militants tried to cross LoC in north Kashmir’s Uri, killed: Officials

Baramulla: Two unidentified militants from Pakistan were killed after they tried to cross the Line of Control in Sabura Nala area of Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday.

A top official told said that two militants have been killed and one body has been recovered so far. He further said that searches in the area are underway.

Earlier, during wee hours, movement of militants was detected. They were challenged by the armed forces, leading to the gunfight.
