New Delhi: A Delhi court extended the interim bail of Jammu and Kashmir MP Sheikh Abdul Rashid, known as Engineer Rashid, in a militancy-funding case until October 28.
Additional Sessions Judge Chander Jit Singh granted the extension due to the health condition of Rashid’s father, after the National Investigation Agency (NIA) confirmed it had reviewed the documents and did not oppose the request, as reported by PTI.
The judge also postponed the decision on Rashid’s regular bail application to October 28.
