Bandipora: A military operation against militants has started in Ketson area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Tuesday.
A top police officer told the news agency Kashmir News Observer that an exhange of fire bbetween armed forces and militants took place in Ketson woods of Bandipora.
Earlier last week, an operation broke out between militants and armed forces in Pannar, following which the militants managed to escape. (KNO)
