Jammu:  The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting raids at eight locations across the Jammu division in connection with a recently registered case involving the infiltration of Pakistani militants into India, official sources said.

Sources told news agency Kashmir News Observer that NIA officials, assisted by the Jammu and Kashmir Police and paramilitary personnel, are searching premises in districts including Reasi, Doda, Udhampur, Ramban, and Kishtwar.

The raids aim to gather evidence and dismantle networks linked to militant infiltration, the officials said.

“The raids are being conducted on the premises of militant over ground workers (OGWs),” they said.
