Srinagar: Mirwaiz Umar Farooq lauded the Jammu Kashmir Police for their efforts in combating the inter-state drug network. He praised the police for their effective action against drug peddlers, stating that their role is “laudable.”
In his address to a group of people at a private function in Srinagar, Mirwaiz said that over the past three weeks, the police have been actively arresting drug peddlers and seizing their properties, demonstrating their commitment to curbing the drug menace.
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq as per the news agency Kashmir News Trust said that the public will always support the police if they continue to work in the best interest of society.
