Bhatti, a member of Altaf Bukhari’s Apni Party, was arrested from his home in Rajouri on February 17 and is in police custody.

The complaint was filed by Abhishek Sharma, a BJP member, as per reports. The FIR states Bhatti has repeatedly used derogatory language against Hindus on TV and social media, inciting communal tensions.
