Jammu: The body of a Jammu and Kashmir Police head constable was found under mysterious circumstances near Panja Chowk in Rajouri district on Thursday.
Officials said the body was discovered in front of the gate of Simran Hotel. The deceased has been identified as Naresh Kumar.
A police team reached the spot shortly after the incident was reported and shifted the body to Government Medical College, Rajouri, for medico-legal formalities.
