Tral military Op: Three JeM militants killed In Tral, says police

Tral: Three militants of Jaish-e-Mohammad outfit were killed in a joint military operation by armed forces in Nadar Lorgam area of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday.

A top police officer told GNS that three JeM militants have been killed in a operation launched against militants in Nadar Lorgam area.

The identity is being ascertained, further details will be shared later, the officer added.

The operation started after armed forces received input about militants in Nadar Lorgam. As the joint team approached towards the suspected area, the hiding militants fired upon the joint party, leading to the operation, officer added.

Pertinently, on Tuesday operational Commander of LeT Shahid Kuttay along with two other militants were killed in an operation in Shopian.
