Bisma Bhat

Bisma Bhat is a journalist and feature writer based in Kashmir. She holds a Master’s degree in Convergent Journalism and has experience reporting on education, health, environment, gender, social issues and human-interest stories. Her work has appeared in publications including The Wire, Article 14, Firstpost and Gaon Connection. She is a recipient of the Sanjoy Ghose Media Award and has been a fellow with the Thomson Reuters Foundation. She currently works with Free Press Kashmir.
