A video, in which a Kashmiri girl is being mercilessly beaten up by a mob in New Delhi last night, has emerged on Social Media. According to reports, the video was shared on Twitter by the Indian Express reporter Alok Singh.

In his twitter message, Singh says that the attackers raised slogans like ‘Kashmiri terrorists go back.’ He also added that the Delhi Police has started a probe.In the video, the woman can be seen and heard screaming for help however, no one seems to have helped her.
There are conflicting reports about the incident that she was attacked because of her faith while in another version says she was reportedly attacked because of her being a Kashmiri.
The victim has been living in the area for last ten years. Bilal Hussain, who knows the victim, in his complaint to the police has said that they were beaten up because they are Kashmiris. Hussain has named a few people living in the area in his complaint.
The police is looking into the matter.
Times Now, however, has reported that the girl was beaten up for feeding stray dogs.
