Srinagar: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Pandurang K Pole has sought a “factual report” within two days from Deputy Commissioner Kulgam regarding “illegal procedure and selection” of junior staff nurses under National Rural Health Mission in the south Kashmir district.
The direction by the Divisional Commissioner followed a complaint by some aspirants that the candidates who are not eligible as per the advertisement and those have done BSc/MSc and those who have done provisional registration only have been selected among others.
“Some of the candidates of Revenue District Anantnag have also been considered,” reads the compliant which finds mention in the divisional commissioner’s communiqué.
“It is the Revenue District to be considered and areas falling in Revenue District Anantnag but under the jurisdiction of CMO Kulgam can apply for the post for Deputy Commissioner Anantnag etc,” the communiqué to deputy Commissioner Kulgam reads.
The DC was also requested to submit factual report over the subject matter within two days.
