Srinagar: A military operation against militants has started in Naibugh Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday morning.

According to reports, a joint team of Police and army’s 42RR launched a cordon and search operation in Tral following inputs about the presence of militants.
As the joint team of armed forces approached the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them triggering the operation.
This is the second operation going on in south Kashmir. In another military operation in Shopian, three militants have been killed while two are trapped inside a Masjid.
