Kulgam: Two unidentified militants have been killed in an overnight military operation against militants in Redwani area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, police said on Thursday.
Police officials said that two unidentified militants have been killed in an overnight military operation. However, the identity of the slain is yet to be ascertained.

Earlier on Wednesday late evening, police said that a joint team of armed forces including Jammu and Kashmir Police and army launched a cordon and search operation in Redwani following the information about the presence of militants in the area.
As the joint team of armed forces approached the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them triggering the operation, police had said.
