As of Tuesday, the Palestinian Prisoners Society reported that the number of Palestinians arrested by Israel in the West Bank since the commencement of the war on Palestinians starting from October 7 has surpassed 3,290 people. Among those detained, 125 are women, and 145 are children.

Even during the ongoing humanitarian pause in the Gaza Strip, at least 168 Palestinians have been arrested over five days. Tragically, the Palestinian Prisoners Society indicated that six Palestinian detainees have lost their lives in Israeli prisons since the onset of the conflict.

The conflict originated with Israel’s extensive military campaign in the Gaza Strip, after Hamas retaliated to decades long occupational crimes in Palestine on October 7.

According to the country’s health authorities in Gaza, the toll has been devastating, with over 15,000 people, including 6,150 children and 4,000 women, reported killed. In contrast, the official Israeli death toll stands at 1,200.
