Elon Musk on Saturday asked young talented people to join his artificial intelligence (AI) venture called xAI across various departments.
His xAI company is actively recruiting engineers, designers, and personnel for product, data, and infrastructure roles.
“Join xAI,” the tech billionaire announced on his social media platform. The company, which introduced an AI chatbot named ‘Grok’, is also seeking AI tutors.
“We are a team of AI researchers and engineers dedicated to developing AI systems that enhance humanity’s understanding of the world,” stated the company.
Musk’s AI initiative is recruiting in the San Francisco Bay Area, Palo Alto, and London.
“While we prefer on-site work, outstanding candidates may be considered for remote opportunities,” as per xAI.
The company offers competitive compensation in cash and equity, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited paid time off (with prior approval), and visa sponsorship for new hires.
According to various reports, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX aims to secure $3–$4 billion for xAI within the next 2-3 weeks.
Established in 2023, xAI unveiled its inaugural AI product in November last year.
Furthermore, AI chatbot ‘Grok 2’ is currently undergoing training and Musk anticipates it will surpass all expectations upon release.
