Ahmedabad: Graves were demolished and idols were installed in 600-year-old shrine of Imam Shah Baba by Hindu group in Pirana village of Gujarat’s Ahmedabad, Maktoob Media reported on Thursday.
The attack resulted in anti-Muslim tensions and stone pelting in the area. The state police have detained 30 people so far.
This morning, a large number of villagers gathered at the dargah. The rural district police, along with other officials were on the spot for investigation.
