INDIA bloc will form Govt at Centre on June 4, says Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi, the Congress leader, encouraged people to vote as polling commenced for the fourth phase covering 96 Lok Sabha seats across 10 states and union territories on Monday. Rahul expressed confidence that the INDIA bloc would emerge victorious in the elections.

Rahul emphasised the ongoing voting in the fourth phase and stated, “It has become evident from the first three phases that the INDIA bloc will form the government at the Centre on June 4.”

Stressing the importance of voting and urging high participation, he emphasised, “Remember, your single vote not only protects your democratic rights but also impacts the destiny of your entire family.”

Highlighting his election promises, Rahul added, “One vote equals the assurance of a first job worth Rs. one lakh per year for youth. One vote equals Rs. one lakh per year in the bank account of impoverished women.”

Reiterating the potential impact of voting, the Congress leader urged, “Therefore, come out in large numbers to vote and demonstrate that the nation will now vote based on its concerns – without distraction!”

Polling is ongoing for 25 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh, five in Bihar, one in Jammu and Kashmir, four in Jharkhand, eight in Madhya Pradesh, 11 in Maharashtra, four in Odisha, 17 in Telangana, 13 in Uttar Pradesh, and eight in West Bengal.

Following the conclusion of the third phase of general elections, voting has occurred in 283 parliamentary constituencies across 20 states and union territories. Vote counting is scheduled for June 4.
