Pulwama: The annual Urs of Hazrat Syed Mohammad Qasim (RA) was observed with great religious fervour and enthusiasm on Monday at Rahmoo village in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
A large number of people gathered at the shrine, where they recited verses from the Qur’an, followed by Khatam-e-Sharief, Naats, and supplications, according to eyewitnesses.
Eyewitnesses further said that religious scholars, including Principal Markazi Idara Ruma Reshi Research Centre Akbarabad Rahmoo, Moulana Yawar Ahmad Barkati, Hafiz Qari Tariq Ahmad Dar, and Mufti Mubeen Ahmad Musbi Sahb, delivered lectures after Isha prayers, stressing upon the teachings of Syed Mohammad Qasim (RA).
Meanwhile, the Rahmoo Public Interest Group extended its warmest greetings to all devotees on the occasion of the Annual Urs of Hazrat Syed Mohammad Qasim (RA).
“May this auspicious occasion bring peace, prosperity, and spiritual growth to all. May the teachings of Hazrat Syed Mohammad Qasim (RA) guide us on the path of righteousness, and may we be blessed with his divine grace,” they conveyed in their message.
