Srinagar: Nasir Aslam Wani, advisor to the chief minister Omar Abdullah, levelled serious allegations against the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) while speaking to reporters in Srinagar on Wednesday.
He accused the PDP of misleading the public and creating divisions in their minds.
“They aim to sow discord and have historically supported sabotaging activities. Today, they are prepared for political disruption again. They have never considered how to foster development among the people,” Wani stated.
He further criticised the PDP for questioning the government’s performance despite being in office for only a month.
“They fail to acknowledge their role in the destruction we’ve faced. If they had not aligned with the BJP in 2014, Article 370 would not have been abrogated, nor would we have endured the past decade of devastation,” he said.
Wani concluded by urging the PDP to introspect. “Look into your own actions. The people will never forgive you for what you’ve done,” he said.
