Gulmarg: The authorities on Tuesday attached a range officer, Tangmarg /Gulmarg range, for his alleged misconduct and misbehaviour with MLA of the area.
“In view of the instructions given by Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs Department, Javeed Ahmad Natkhan, Range Officer Gr. I, Tangmarg Range/Gulmarg Range is attached in the Office of DFO Special Division Tangmarg for his misconduct and misbehaviour with Hon’ble MLA of the area,” reads an order “issued with the approval of PCCF & HOFF JK”.
“A summary enquiry will be submitted by conservator of forests in two days without failure,” the order, a copy of which lies with GNS, added.
