Ahmedabad: An Air India passenger aircraft carrying 133 people crashed near Ahmedabad’s Adani airport on Wednesday, triggering panic as smoke was seen rising from the premises.
Emergency teams have rushed to the Medhani Nagar area, close to the airport, where the crash reportedly occurred.
The flight was believed to be operating on the London-Ahmedabad route, though officials have not yet confirmed the flight details. Rescue and relief operations are currently underway as authorities assess the situation.
